How FencePoll.com Works

1 Create a Poll

Choose between Event RSVP (for tracking In, On the Fence, and Out with optional player caps) or Option Voter (for picking dates, times, or venues). Set a 4-digit Host PIN to keep management control over your poll.

2 Share the Link

Copy your unique link or share it directly via WhatsApp or SMS into your group chat. No app downloads or account logins are required for anyone responding.

3 Get Off the Fence

Participants enter their name and cast their vote instantly. The roster updates in real-time. If player limits are reached, additional confirmations automatically roll onto the waitlist.

4 Manage as Organizer

Need to update details or edit a response? Click Organizer Controls at the bottom of any poll page and enter your 4-digit PIN to edit event details, adjust names, or clear the roster.
